  • Has a Diploma in Multimedia and Graphic Designs from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology.
  • Selected for the fourth 4th Duskin Leadership Training in Japan: A Program for Persons with Disabilities in Asia and the Pacific (2002-2003).
  • Active contributor to four publication projects related to the Malaysian Sign Language.
Amir Hamidi
  • President of the Perak Society of the Deaf (PSD).
  • Has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from UKM.
  • Graphic designer and data arrange on three Malaysian Sign Language book projects organized by MFD.
  • Developed the protytpe for Jejak BIM, a web semantic-based search engine for sign language for his Master’s thesis.
  • Developing the initiatives to document the sports category for the Malaysian Sign Language for MSDeaf.
Anthony Chong
  • Active member of the deaf community for more than 10 years.
  • Has a Master’s Degree in Linguistics from Universiti Malaya and Deaf Studies from Gallaudet University, USA.
  • Scholarship recipient at KDU College and Gallaudet University.
  • Recipient of the World Deaf Leadership Award.
  • Co-editor of the textbook on teaching BIM.
Venugopal
  • Active member of the deaf community for more than 10 years.
  • Holder of the Diploma of Graphic Designs from PJ College of Art and Design.
Ho Koon Wei
  • Active member of the deaf community for more than 20 years.
  • Has a Master’s Degree in Linguistics from Gallaudet University, USA.
  • Listed in the National Dean’s List, the President’s Cum Laude Scholars and Dean’s List at Gallaudet University.
  • Co-editor of the textbook for teaching BIM.
Anne Laura Raymond
  • Active member of the deaf community for more than 20 years.
  • Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Gallaudet University, USA.
  • Recipient of the Sabah Foundation scholarship at Gallaudet University.
  • Seven years experience as a primary school teacher and ten years experience as a BIM teacher.
  • Graphic designer for three BIM book projects organized by MFD.
Sariah Ibrahim
  • President of the Negeri Sembilan Deaf Association (NESDA).
  • An active member of the deaf community for more than 20 years.
  • Has a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Universiti Malaya.
  • Has BIM teaching experience and diverse roles and responsibilities in sports, education and business.
  • Attended the leadership course for deaf in Asia organized by JICA.
Marzuki Ong
  • An active member of the deaf community for more than 20 years.
  • Active contributor of three BIM book projects organized by MFD.
  • A collector of the history and legacy of the deaf generation in Malaysia.
  • Possesses wide experience in leadership and community development and holds various leadership positions at the state, national and international levels.
Lee Tur Chung
  • Active member of the deaf community for more than 10 years.
  • Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education from UKM.
  • An experienced teacher to deaf students for more than 10 years.
  • Attended the International Leader Deaf Training Program organized by JICA.
Mohd Adam Mahadi
  • Active member of the deaf community for more than 2 years.
  • Has a Master’s Degree in Communications Technology and Media from Rochester Institute of Technology, USA.

Jessica Mak
  • Ahli aktif dalam komuniti Pekak lebih daripada 20 tahun.
  • Memiliki Diploma Multimedia dan Reka Bentuk Grafik dari Limkokwing University of Creative Technology.
  • Terpilih menyertai Program Latihan Kepimpinan untuk Orang Kurang Upaya Asia dan Pasifik di Jepun ke-4 (2002-2003).
  • Menyumbang kepada empat projek pembukuan berkaitan dengan BIM.

  • Presiden Persatuan Orang Pekak Perak (PSD).
  • Memiliki ijazah Sarjana dalam sains komputer dari UKM.
  • Pereka grafik dan penyusun data untuk tiga projek pembukuan BIM yang diusahakan oleh MFD.
  • Membangunkan prototaip Jejak BIM, iaitu sistem carian isyarat tangan berasaskan web semantik untuk tesis sarjananya.
  • Sedang menjalankan inisiatif membukukan BIM kategori sukan untuk MSDeaf.
