ENTRY REQUIREMENT OF MEMBERSHIP
ORDINARY MEMBERSHIP: An individual, who is 18 years old and above, has interest and support to the objectives and practices of MyBIM may become an ordinary member. The membership is granted only if the entry requirement of ordinary membership is met and according to the MyBIM committee’s decision. In addition, the ordinary member commits him/herself to initiate and/or support the founding of a MyBIM. Ordinary Member has voting right. It is open to both Deaf and hearing people.
CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP: An individual, organisation or private company who support the objectives and practices of MyBIM may become a corporate member. Corporate Member has no voting right.
(Annual Membership Fee: Minimum RM 1,000)

Entry fee: RM 10 (for first-time registration only)
Annual fee: RM 20
A total of RM30 is required for a first-time registration.
A total of RM20 is required for every renewal.
Annual membership will renewed on 1 March every year.

LIFE MEMBERSHIP: Open to Ordinary and Associate Members whose membership more than 2 years and subject to MyBIM committee's approval. (Life Membership Fee: RM100)
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP: Open to Ordinary Members who opt for "temporary break". This Associate Member does not have has voting right. (Annual Membership Fee: RM20)

Terms and Conditions (as of 13 August 2022)
- The Association reserves the right to accept / reject a membership application without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
- The Association is not obliged to respond to any request from an unsuccessful applicant.
- Fee paid for successful applications are non-refundable.
- Upon termination, no fee is refunded.
- Members must notify us promptly of any change in your personal particulars.
- Release of information relating to you - We may, in the following circumstances and for the following purposes, at any time and without liability to you, whether or not you active, disclose any information relating to you to any third party as we may deem fit and at our absolute discretion. (a) for the purpose of achieving any of the MyBIM objectives and (b) when required to do so by law or by lawful authority.
- The Association reserves the right to revoke membership, refuse entry or ask any member to leave for: (a) failure to pay membership fee and/or any other fees, (b) violating the rules and regulations of the Association, (c) damaging the property of the Association, (d) causing disturbance to other members, and (e) exhibiting any other behaviour deemed unbecoming of a member.
